We have recently changed our policy about promotional discounts, and instead of offering promotions, we simply reduced all of our prices to rock-bottom promotional levels.
None of us at Dayton Reliable Companies appreciate that “loyalty card” mentality where the company makes the customer jump through hoops just to get a “discount” price, and everyone else is penalized with paying higher prices.
So instead, we are just going to give the same savings to all of our customers, so they know that we care about all of them, not just those that happen to need us in the slow season.
